The Indiana Pacers and guard Andrew Nembhard have agreed to a three-year, $59 million contract extension. Nembhard has become an integral member of the Pacers rotation in his first two NBA seasons.
In two seasons since being the 31st pick in the 2022 NBA Draft, Nembhard has appeared in 143 games with 110 starts. He’s averaged 9.3 points, 4.3 assists and shot 46.7% from the field.
In the 2024 NBA Playoffs, with Tyrese Haliburton battling injuries, Nembhard averaged 14.9 points, 5.5 assists and 3.3 rebounds per game. Over 17 playoff games, culminating in the Eastern Conference Finals, Nembhard shot 56% from the field, including 48.3% on three-pointers.
