The Indiana Pacers will not have the services of Tyrese Haliburton for Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Boston Celtics.
Per ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, Haliburton is out for Game 3 and will be re-evaluated before Game 4. His status is still unknown for that game.
Haliburton is out for Game 3 and will be reassessed ahead of Game 4 on Monday — but his availability for that game also remains in serious question, sources tell ESPN. Pacers will err on side of caution with their franchise star. https://t.co/cZgdtjhCG6

Haliburton left in the third quarter of Game 2 with a sore hamstring. He dealt with a similar injury earlier in the season and had to miss some time because of it.
This is a brutal blow for the Pacers because they’re already down 2-0 in the series. If they lose Game 3 without Haliburton, it’ll be that much tougher to come back in this series.
Haliburton scored 35 combined points in the first two games, 25 of which game in Game 1. The Celtics won a close Game 1 in overtime before blowing out the Pacers by 16 in Game 2.
Games 3 and 4 will be played in Indiana as the Pacers try and claw their way back into this series.
Game 3 will tip off on Saturday at 8:30 p.m. ET.
