The Indiana Pacers have a very special guest sitting courtside for this Friday’s playoff game against the Milwaukee Bucks. WNBA rookie phenom Caitlin Clark made the trip to Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
Clark was selected by the Indiana Fever with the No. 1 pick in this year’s draft. She’ll make her WNBA debut on May 14 against the Connecticut Sun.
Unsurprisingly, the Pacers gave Clark special treatment. They let her rev up the crowd before Game 3 tipped off.
This won’t be the last time the cameras are locked in on Clark during this game, that’s for sure.

Just like the Pacers, Clark would love nothing more than to be a part of playoff basketball later this year.
“I think, yeah, definitely helping us get back to the playoffs,” Clark said. “I think that’s goal, number one. And I think everybody in the Fever organization believes that that’s where we can be in Year 1 for sure. And, you know, Aliyah Boston was Rookie of the Year last year, is a great piece. I think there’s just so much young talent on this roster, and that’s the biggest thing is just buy into that and join that.”
For now, Clark will cheer on the local NBA team.
