The Washington Wizards and New York Knicks have “consistently discussed” deals for Malcolm Brogdon, sources told Jake Fischer of Bleacher Report.
There is skepticism that Brogdon will be traded in a deal centered around either the Wizards’ No. 10 pick or the Knicks’ No. 11 selection in the upcoming draft.
The Wizards instead have been willing to discuss trades involving Kyle Kuzma and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope.
The Knicks, meanwhile, are open to exploring options surrounding Alec Burks, Evan Fournier, Nerlens Noel, Kemba Walker and Cam Reddish.
Fischer adds that the Knicks’ first option is to acquire Jalen Brunson.
