It’s an Ohio State reunion party at Butler. Thad Matta, the Buckeyes’ former head coach, is hiring two former OSU stars to his staff.
Matta is reportedly bringing on Greg Oden and Jon Diebler at Butler. It’s currently unclear what role each will have on his staff.
Oden has some experience in the coaching game. He spent the 2021-22 season as a graduate assistant at Ohio State.
Diebler, meanwhile, just retired from playing in European leagues.
