Bailey averaged 18.8 points, 6.1 rebounds and 3.8 assists in 33.3 minutes per game while shooting 41.5% from long range for Davidson this past season, his junior year with the Wildcats. He’ll have one year of eligibility remaining.
He’s improved his numbers during each of his three years with the Wildcats, boosting his 3-point shooting percentage this past season at a fairly low volume while dishing the ball out more as a passer. He’ll be a factor on the perimeter, but won’t be among the most used shooters on the roster.
Given his production, it’s fair to pencil in Bailey as a starter at the in the frontcourt this upcoming season, meaning the Hoosiers now have two likely starters in he and Tucker DeVries.
