The program is set for a massive NCAA Championships opportunity.
Indiana men’s swimming and diving was already a dynasty before the season when it was coming off of three straight Big Ten titles.
The program outdid itself this past weekend by not just winning that fourth title, but doing so in absolutely dominant fashion. The Hoosiers won the title with a 431-point margin over second place Michigan.
Not only is that margin right around the same size as the one between second place Michigan and seventh place Northwestern, it’s the largest winning margin in the championships in conference history. After the Big Ten added multiple teams this season.
Absolutely wild.
Indiana’s attention now turns to the NCAA Championships later this month. We’ll have a preview ready when the time comes.
