Indiana got to 7-0 with a blowout win over Nebraska on Saturday.
It was a big test for the Hoosiers since the Cornhuskers came into the game with a 5-1 record but they handled them with ease in a 56-7 win.
Curt Cignetti has won its first seven games as head coach at Indiana since he was hired during the offseason and an old comment of his went viral once the game went final.
“Yeah, it’s pretty simple. I win. Google me,” Cignetti said during a previous presser.
He definitely does win and went 11-1 with the JMU Dukes during the 2023 season before he was taken away by the Hoosiers. He also won Sun Belt Coach of the Year thanks to how great the Dukes were.
He has the Hoosiers as one of the top teams in the country and they aren’t interested in slowing down. They’re 4-0 in Big Ten play, which is tied for first with the Oregon Ducks after they beat the Ohio State Buckeyes last Saturday
Next up for the Hoosiers will be a game against the Washington Huskies next Saturday before they play the Spartans of Michigan State the following week on November 2.
