Indiana women’s basketball is already busy working the transfer portal to land some replacements for players who have elected to depart.
Chloe Spreen, a guard coming off of her freshman season with Alabama, entered the portal and looks to be on an official visit to Indiana today, with both Lenee Beaumont and Sydney Parrish posting about it on Instagram:

Spreen, as stated above, was the 2024 winner of the Indiana Miss Basketball award out of Bedford North Lawrence High School in Bedford. ESPN had her rated as a 4-star recruit in the high school ranks.
She averaged just 1.2 points, 0.5 rebounds and 0.5 assists in 6.7 minutes per game this past season, but had trouble finding time on the court on an Alabama team that was one seed-line short of hosting NCAA Tournament games in Tuscaloosa.
With all the spots open and Spreen being from the state, it’s not hard to see why the program is interested.
