Bargesser just completed her third season with the program as a reserve point guard, averaging 3.4 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game off the bench.
She came to Indiana from Grass Lake, Michigan, with a certain amount of upside on the defensive end of the court due to her athleticism but hasn’t been a consistent scorer in Bloomington.
Bargesser has had some level of issue with her jump shot that she’s worked to correct over the years, changing her free-throw shooting motion and eventually her in-game shooting motion. Her shot has a significant wind-up that provides a bit more time for defenders to recover and close out wherever she is on the court.
She’s been a strong defender through her three seasons with the program and will bring that strength to her next program.
