Kopp was the Hoosiers’ most reliable outside shooter in recent years, hitting 44.4% of his attempts from long range during his final year with the program in 2022-23. Per basketball reference, Kopp shot 31.1% from deep with the Blue during the regular season but upped that mark to 39.1% during the showcase cup.
Should Kopp make the Thunder’s final roster, he’d be another success story for an Indiana program that has leveraged sending players including Jalen Hood-Schifino, Trayce Jackson-Davis and Kel’el Ware onto the NBA.
Kopp currently hosts the Players’ Perspective Podcast with Indiana’s official NIL collective partner: Hoosiers Connect.
