The show within the show
ESPN’s College Gameday announced that it will be in South Bend for Notre Dame VS Indiana Hoosiers in the first round of the college football playoff. It also announced that on the next day, the show will be in Columbus for Ohio State VS Tennessee Volunteers.

With game week being final exams week, and with it being played on a Friday night — things were going to be chaotic enough in and around Notre Dame. Add some College Gameday via ESPN to the mix and we might be witnessing something truly wild.
ESPN couldn’t of asked for a better situation. Not only do they get Notre Dame on the preferred Friday night slot, but it also is logistically perfect to be in Columbus, Ohio, the next morning. They’re able to double-up in two of the most iconic stadiums in the country.
The show in South Bend will began at 3:30 PM, and the game is set for 8:00 PM. I’ll be interested in seeing how much extra ESPN does this time around, now that they won’t have to trip around NBC’s toys.
Who’s going?
