#18 Notre Dame Fighting Irish @ Purdue Boilermakers
How did we get here? Well… we’ve discussed that at length already and now it’s time to look ahead to the rest of the season and the next game on the schedule — Purdue.
There are countless questions surrounding the Irish after losing to NIU last week, and we won’t have any real answers until toe meets leather inside Ross-Ade Stadium on Saturday. Riley Leonard is on the tip of every Irish tongue, but an ineffective offensive line and wide receivers that continually fail to get separation against defenders are also very big issues with this Notre Dame team.
The College football ER gets packed out again.

ZERO passing touchdowns in two games doesn’t even feel like real football, and yet here we are, watching the Irish struggle to move the ball — and score touchdowns. There’s a lot riding on how Saturday pans out, so any preseason notion you might have had about this game should be thrown in the trash.
