With the Mike Elko era officially over in Durham, it appears that the Riley Leonard one is as well.
According to ESPN’s Adam Rittenberg, the Blue Devils quarterback is set to enter the transfer portal and Notre Dame is the “likely” destination.
After a breakout 2022, Leonard completed just 58% of his passes for 1,102 yards, three touchdowns and three interceptions in what was an injury-plagued year for the junior QB. He also carried the ball 58 times for 352 yards and another four scores on the ground.
