The spring football practice period starts today for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, and with that comes the annual jersey number reveal for the newcomers — as well as any jersey changes for players returning.

A few quick notes:
- Devan Houston’s number change appears to be from a position change — DL to OL. He was #98 last season.
- #16 is now owned by three players. WR Elijah Burress, P James Rendell, and S Tae Johnson.
- CB Cree Thomas takes over departed CB Benjamin Morrison’s #20. Both players come from the same high school in Arizona.
