Princeton transfer Matt Allocco has committed to Notre Dame, ESPN’s Paul Biancardi first reported Wednesday.
The 6-foot-4 guard averaged 12.7 points, 3.3 assists and 2.9 rebounds for the Tigers last season. Allocco was one of the most efficient players in the country, hitting the elusive 50-40-90 mark as he shot 50.8% from the field, 42.7% from deep and 90.9% from the charity stripe.
He is the first transfer to join Notre Dame’s top 25 class of 2024. The Irish will also bring in four stars Sir Mohammed and Cole Certa, along with three star forward Garrett Sundra.
