Riding solo today.
When your podcast co-host has the flu and tells you he’s been coughing all day, it just makes sense not to have him be on your audio format. Sorry about that Ryan but hey, feel better! So instead, you’re stuck with just me on this episode.
That means that we are talking basketball at the beginning. I talk about some highlights from the victory over Yale and who played well and who maybe disappointed a little bit. The big three for Purdue are seemingly going to be there every game, now it just becomes a matter of who will step up to make the difference alongside them. I don’t think it’s going to be same person every game, but that’s okay. In this one we saw CJ Cox, Myles Colvin, and Camden Heide all have good games.
The next game for this team is quite a bit different though. The 2nd ranked team in the country comes and it’s likely going to be a three point shooting clinic. Can Purdue hang on and keep their non-conference winning streak alive?
Then, I have to move onto football and ask if there’s any chance that Purdue finds a way to hold off the Penn State Nittany Lions. Spoiler alert, not much of one.
