Plus, plenty of football talk.
We start this week’s podcast by continuing to recount bad news for Boilermakers in the NFL. Something sure seems to be happening to give all of these guys some bad juju right now. Not sure who angered which primordial God but things are not going well for Purdue players in the NFL. We all should’ve seen this coming of course, but the Raiders announced that AOC will not be the starting QB for the team, or rather they announced that high priced acquisition Gardner Minshew will be the starter. Seems suspect to me. Oh well.
Then we cover the Purdue basketball charity game and why it’s a great idea for everyone involved.
Then we get into what might be Purdue’s toughest game of the season when they head to Columbus and take on Ohio State at the Horseshoe. To say this game will be tough is an understatement. Ryan and I talk about what they added in the offseason after they were already pretty dang good last year. It’s a game where Purdue will have to play nearly perfectly to win.
