A real mixed bag this weekend.
Ryan is back from his drive across the country and joins me to discuss Purdue men’s basketball’s win against Ole Miss and Myles Colvin best game of his career. It feels like we’ve said that about two games so far this season which bodes well for his growth as a player and Purdue’s entire season. Matt Painter continues to get the most out of his players and Myles Colvin is no exception.
Then, we spend the bulk of the podcast talking about the ongoing saga of Purdue football with the trouncing by IU and the loss of the Old Oaken Bucket being first on the agenda. Then there is of course the firing of Ryan Walters. Ryan and I each discuss what we would like to see in the next head coach. We name some names but both admit that this is fairly early in the process for both of us so we don’t want to get out over our skis at this point.
