Agree or disagree?
The survey results are in from this week’s questions and it’s time to share them with you. First off, I asked you who you thought the offensive MVP was for game one against Indiana State. I, fairly or not, excluded Hudson Card from the discussion as I feel like choosing the quarterback for MVP can be sort of a default cop-out. It’s why I have so little respect for the Heisman Trophy of late. It can’t just be a trophy for the top QB every year, because there already is an award for that. But, I digress. Let’s check on the results shall we?
Max Klare won the majority of the votes here with 54%. I thought that was pretty surprising. I know that Klare had a great game but I really thought the results would be more evenly spread.
Next up, I asked if the results of week 1 changed your expectations for the rest of the season. These results also surprised me.
The image says only 34% changed their expectations but to me I’m amazed that 34% of people have changed their expectations based on a blowout victory against Indiana State. We knew this victory was going to happen. But hey, I’ll take more optimism in my life any day of the week!
