Are fans optimistic or pessimistic about the home stretch?
We are in the home stretch of Big Ten season here with just three games left. Purdue has lost their last four games as we are moments away from the game against UCLA tipping off. This week I asked you a pair of questions about the remaining home games. We also have national results about who will win the Big Ten with Purdue officially out of the running.

First, despite the four losses Purdue fans still seem to have a bit of optimism in their hearts as 48% believe that Purdue will go 2-1 over these final three games. I’m sure it helps that Purdue has two games at home in this final stretch. The game at Illinois continues to look like it will be a tough one. 5% of readers think that Purdue will go 0-3 down the stretch and finish the season on a seven game losing streak. Let’s hope lose people are wrong!

Up next, the choice was apparently pretty obvious for fans about which game is the hardest remaining for the Boilermakers. The game against Illinois was the runaway favorite with 75% of the vote. This is of course Purdue’s only remaining road game so it makes sense that it would take the vote.
Finally, we look at national results of who will walk away the champion of the Big Ten conference.

Michigan State was the winner here with 65% of the vote. The regular season winds up very soon and we will have our answer as to who will walk away with the title. Sadly, it won’t be our beloved Boilermakers.
