Hammer and Rails Reader Survey Results – Can Purdue Beat Michigan State?

Plus, MVP of the Alabama game.

It’s Friday folks! We made it through another week. Just 22 more years until retirement! So in the spirit of Friday let’s get some fun results out to you before kickoff of this Purdue vs. Michigan State game.

The first thing we asked was if Purdue was going to take down Michigan State and win their second game of the season. Morale from the fans has been pretty low, but Michigan State isn’t exactly setting the world on fire, so maybe fans gave Purdue a chance? Let’s go to the fancy picture!

Amazingly, we have hit double digits. This is higher than it was for Penn State, Ohio State, and of course Oregon. So, that’s good right? Still though, 11% only predicting a win against a bad Michigan State team speaks volumes about where Purdue stands with their football program. But anyway, on to happier things!

Purdue men’s basketball took down Alabama earlier this season and it was a complete game, sure the Marquette game happened in the interim, but I was curious to know who your team MVP was.

TKR was the heavy favorite and for good reason. He was incredible in this one. CJ Cox had a surprise second place showing here as his burst of three pointers took the Alabama defense by storm and gave Purdue the lead for good.
