Hammer and Rails Reader Survey Results – Will Purdue Take Down Northwestern?

With less than a day left before kickoff, it’s time to see what you, the fans and readers, think about the game against Northwestern. The survey results from the week have been returned. Before we get to who you think will win though we asked you about who you wanted to see taking the snaps in this one. This two quarterback system is never very popular.

An overwhelming majority of readers think Ryan Browne should be given the reigns of the offense. I figured this one might be closer to 50/50 but I think the showing in the second half of the Illinois game was enough to excite some fans with the possibilities. We will see who gets the majority of snaps tomorrow.

Now, who do the readers think will walk away with the victory?

36% is much higher than in recent weeks as Purdue fans previously gave the Boilermakers a single digit chance of winning over the previous few games. It’s sad to say that 36% is high confidence, but that’s where we are right now. We will know more in less than 24 hours.
