It’s IU week, which means that I want to put you all on record with what the outcome of this matchup will be. Logic, records, and previous play tells us that Purdue should win this one going away. However, it’s a rivalry and you can never be sure about an outcome of a rivalry game. The cliche of throwing out the record books in rivalry games is a cliche because there’s a certain amount of truth in it. So, what will the outcome be? I want to hear your thoughts.
Next, Purdue is 10 games into Big Ten play meaning we’ve hit the halfway point. Other teams will reach the 10 game threshold soon. So, halfway in, who is the favorite to win the championship? Who will be the team atop the Big Ten standings when the final whistle is blown?
