Mike Woodson’s swan song against the Boilermakers.
In the midst of a three game losing streak, the Boilermakers need to find a way to turn it around. Heading to your in-state rival as their coach is halfway out the door seems like a dangerous place to try to snap that streak. Mike Woodson is on his way out the door, and who know who is replacing him but it seemingly isn’t Michigan’s Dusty May. Will the team rally around him or will they wilt down the stretch? We get to continue to watch and find out when the two teams tip off tomorrow in Bloomington.

This is a big game for the Boilermakers, as all as they close out the season seem to be. Michigan and Wisconsin both lost this weekend so far. That means that Purdue is now two games out of first place with four games remaining. Yes, it’s a pipe dream to complete the Three-Pete, but it’s not statistically impossible and as a group of engineering, technology, and science majors that should hearten us. Don’t look at me though, I’m a lawyer and was told there would be no math.
So join us below in the open thread to talk about this slugfest between the in-state rivals.
