Purdue looks to get back to their winning ways.
Purdue men’s basketball lost their first non-conference game in nearly four years this week when they traveled to Marquette. It was a real shock to the system. When you haven’t done something in sports since 2020 and then it happens it can really bring out the naysayers. For Purdue fans it certainly did, but Marquette is a good team with a good coach and there’s no reason to look at a loss to the Golden Eagles on the road as a huge sign of trouble. Now, it’s time to get back on that proverbial horse, as far as I know there’s no rule that says a horse CAN’T play college basketball though, and face your next opponent and start a new streak.

This game will be “televised” on BTN+ which is an extra streaming service for the rest of Big Ten Network sports. Yes, it’s frustrating. No, I don’t have any control over it. Yes, you pay for BTN already. If you aren’t gonna pay for BTN+ you can always join us in the open thread for tonight game or find it on the radio as part of the Purdue Global Radio Network. Now that the preamble is out of the way let’s get into the details.
