Offensive Player to Watch:
Kay’ron Lynch-Adams and Nate Carter lead the backfield as a dynamic duo. Together, they have just under 1,000 yards rushing and five touchdowns. Quarterback Aidan Chiles has added another 200 yards on the ground and three touchdowns. He followed Coach Smith from Oregon State to MSU, where he has struggled as a passer. He was a five-star recruit out of high school.
Nick Marsh paces the receiving group. The True Freshman from Detroit leads the team in touchdown receptions (3), yards (611) and is second on the team in receptions with 37.
Defensive Player to Watch:
Jordan Turner is the best player on the defense and maybe a future NFL Football player with 57 tackles and 3 sacks for a unit that has been up and down on the season.
Nikai Martinez create big plays for the secondary, where has snagged three interceptions on the season and totaled 42 tackles, he can play in the box or cover the opposing team’s best slot/tight end, he is as versatile as it gets for the safety positon.
