
A good start for the 2025 Baseball Team
Purdue Baseball started their Spring Season this past weekend, playing at Constellation Field in Sugar Land, Texas against Stephen F. Austin.

The Boilers would sweep the weekend, behind some great performances.
Logan Sutter would pace Purdue, batting .571 on the weekend. He had 8 RBIs and 14 Total Bases against SFA. Not far behind, fellow infielder, Ty Gill hit .500 for the weekend and tally seven total bases.
Cole Van Assen pitched 6 Scoreless Innings for Purdue, the sophomore righty was impressive striking out four.
Purdue turned to Avery Cook to close the game out three times, in those appearances he secured the save twice, the 6-6 RHP has a big arm to finish games for the Boilermakers.
Purdue will travel to Ting Stadium in Holly Springs, North Carolina to play a four game series against Niagara next.
