During Saturday’s college football matchup between Purdue and Ohio State, the Indianapolis Colts were one of two teams with multiple representatives in attendance.
According to Ryan Fowler of Bleacher Report, the Colts and Buffalo Bills had two representatives at this game. Other teams with one member of their personnel department in attendance included Cleveland, Dallas, and Minnesota, among others.
NFL teams having a member of their personnel department at college games during the season is all a part of the pre-draft and evaluation process. This has been a weekly occurrence for the Colts.

With the 2025 NFL draft so far off still, positional needs can change depending on how the second half of the season unfolds, along with what happens in free agency. In addition to that, draft prospects will move up and down draft boards throughout the pre-draft process.
But with that said, some current positions of need for the Colts include, safety, cornerback and tight end, along with running back and defensive tackle depth.
