INDIANAPOLIS – A footlong corndog, mac n’ cheese with pulled pork, and loaded fries are just some of the new options fans can expect at Indianapolis Colts games this season.
Sodexo Live!, the hospitality partner for Lucas Oil Stadium, unveiled eight new food gameday food options.
New for the 2024-2025 season: “Load In” Fries that give fans the option of loading their fries with one of several flavor combinations, including:
- Buffalo Chicken: Buffalo chicken dip, fontina cheese, ranch dressing, bleu cheese crumbles, onion threads and green onion.
- Vegan Street Style: Vegan chorizo, cheddar cheese, black bean corn salsa, cilantro lime crema.
- Korean BBQ Pork: Korean BBQ pork with sesame slaw, sriracha aioli, green onions.
- Cheesesteak: Shaved beef ribeye, beer cheese, sauteed peppers and onions.
- S’mores: Sweet potato fries, chocolate hazelnut drizzle, toasted marshmallow, graham cracker crumble.
Here’s look at some other additions to the menu:
- The Ringer (sections 105, 347, 543, East and West Loge Club Grills): Footlong corn dog lightly coasted in honey and rolled in blue Taki crumbs (Go Blue!)
- Endzone Mac (portable carts in sections 121, 520): Homemade mac n’ cheese with pulled pork topped with jalapeños, green onions, bacon bits, and a choice of BBQ sauce, buffalo sauce or ranch
- Sausage Shack (portable carts in sections 109, 538, 127, 326, 527): Dig into a loaded choice of a hot dog, polish sausage, or Italian sausage topped with peppers and onions
- Garlic Cheese Curds (sections 151, 320, 506, 520): Crispy fried Wisconsin cheese curds infused with garlic.
- Spicy Chicken Sandwich (sections 121, 306, 533, 547): Classic fried chicken sandwich with a spicy twist
- Bulgogi Beef Bao Buns (suites): Sweet soy marinated ribeye, steamed lotus buns, sesame slaw, siracha mayo.
- Bourbon Peach Cinnamon Roll Bake (suites): Topped with freshly roasted peaches with bourbon caramel sauce.
The Faegre Drinker East Club and West Club will offer featured matchup gameday specials based around nachos, including Sonoran Nachos vs. the Arizona Cardinals (Aug. 17), Beef Barbacoa Nachos vs. the Houston Texans (Sept. 8) and Classic Coney Nachos vs. the Detroit Lions (Nov. 24). Look for special “cocktails of the game” as well.
Sodexo Live! also highlighted some new and returning partnerships:
- Moon Drops Distillery: From Fortville, Indiana, the Indianapolis Colts and Moon Drops Distillery partnered together for the upcoming season to create an Indiana Nights commemorative bottle for their Vodka and Bourbon.
- Milwaukee Pretzel Co. Soft Pretzels: Custom jumbo horseshoe pretzels with Elysian beer cheese and local bourbon mustard (suites), and their classic, fluffy twisted soft pretzels (offered at 40+ locations throughout the concourse).
- Smoking Goose Charcuterie: Local to Indianapolis, fans in the suites can try their unique and nationally-known charcuterie deli board offerings
- Hartwell’s Premium Dressings: From Greenwood, Indiana, fans can find their ranch dressing in dishes accompanying dishes like the Jumbo Buffalo Wings featured gameday matchup special against the Buffalo Bills (Nov. 10).
- Candyapple & Co. Candied Apples (suites): Bomb pop (creamy caramel dipped and topped with cherry, lime and blue raspberry flavored chocolate) and blue raspberry slushie (caramel and blue raspberry flavored chocolate dipped topped with edible crystals).
- JohnTom’s Barbecue: Back for another season, their sauces can be found dishes like the BYO Beef Short Rib Sliders in the Clubs
- Indiana Soybean Alliance – High Oleic Soybean Oil: This year many foods at Lucas Oil Stadium will be prepared with High Oleic Soybean Oil. High Oleic Soybean Oil features soybeans grown by Indiana Farmers and an improved fat-profile deeming it a heart-healthy oil according to the American Heart Association.
- Women & Minority Owned Businesses: Enjoy even more great options from additional local WMBE partnerships with Hoosier Snacks, BBQ Heaven, Chocolates and Cream, Old World Style Almonds, Tako Seoul and more.
Also new for this season: souvenir cups available in the main concourse and bars that will help reduce overall trash volume by 50 percent. The West Loge Club balcony features an onsite culinary garden; the produce will be incorporated into food and drink items.
Executive Chef Ryan Robinson is in charge of the kitchen at Lucas Oil Stadium this year. He has nearly 30 years of culinary experience and previously worked for other NFL stadiums, as well as at AAA 4 Diamond resorts and NCAA venues.
The Colts kick off the preseason on Sunday, Aug. 11 against the Denver Broncos at home. They open the regular season on Sept. 8 against the Houston Texans.
