Quarterback Anthony Richardson missed practice today with a back injury. Richardson missed practice all last week and last Sunday’s game due to back and ankle injuries. Richardson is dealing with back spasms which are affecting him quite a lot. Richardson was replaced by Joe Flacco on Sunday. Richardson needs all the practice reps he can get so him missing practice is not great. He also needs as many in game reps he can get too, so potentially another missed game would be less than ideal. He will be one to keep an eye on this week.
Cornerback Juju Brents was a full participant at practice today. Brents has been working his way back from a knee injury which landed him in injured reserve. Brents is still yet to be activated from injured reserve even though he has been practicing for multiple weeks. Brents could do with playing this week as he has still only featured in 10 games since he was drafted in 2023.
Wide receiver Josh Downs (ankle), guard Quenton Nelson (ankle) and wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr (back) were all full participants at practice today. Good news as all three have been struggling with injuries lately which has cost them practice time.
