The red-hot Colts will be without All-Pro running back Jonathan Taylor this Sunday when they face the Titans.
According to Colts reporter James Boyd of The Athletic, Taylor will undergo thumb surgery this Wednesday in Los Angeles.
Taylor suffered a thumb injury against the Buccaneers this past Sunday. He finished that game with 91 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 15 carries.
Colts owner Jim Irsay told The Athletic he hopes Taylor can return in two-to-three weeks.

This is an unfortunate development for Taylor, who missed the first four games of the season with an ankle injury.
Luckily for the Colts, they have a very serviceable backup in Zack Moss. In fact, Moss has been a starting-caliber tailback all season long, rushing for 672 yards and five touchdowns.
Moss should be able to hold down the fort during Taylor’s absence. And when Taylor is able to return, he’ll help the Colts in their pursuit of a playoff berth.
