The Indianapolis Colts are back at home in Week 16 for their second matchup of the season against the Tennessee Titans.
Believe it or not, even after last week’s loss to Denver, the Colts’ playoff hopes still were not completely dashed, but they did take another big hit on Thursday night with the Chargers defeating those Broncos.
However, before worrying about what kind of help is out there–and a lot is needed–the Colts need to take care of their own business on Sunday.
The defense is coming off of arguably its best game of the season, while the offense orchestrated a colossal second-half collapse. One of the things that has eluded the Colts all season is complementary football, with both the offensive and defensive sides of the ball firing on all cylinders in the same game.
Can the Colts find it this week against a 3-11 Titans team that ranks 27th in points scored and 29th in points allowed?

Colts vs Titans prediction, pick
The Colts do have talent on both sides of the ball but collectively, they’ve been way too inconsistent to win against good teams. However, that talent does have them 5-1 against teams who are below .500. Winning will have to start with the run game on both sides of the ball. That means getting Jonathan Taylor and Anthony Richardson going on offense, and containing the Tennessee running game.
Prediction: Colts 24 – Titans 20
