The Colts now know who they’ll be playing in Berlin, Germany, this upcoming regular season!
According to KOAColorado’s Benjamin Allbright, the Indianapolis Colts will be ‘hosting’ the Denver Broncos for the 2025 regular season game to be held in Berlin, Germany.
It is the league’s first ever regular season game in Berlin, Germany, and will be a rematch of last year’s Week 15 game, in which the Colts collapsed in the second half to lose 13-31 on the road in Denver—which was a pivotal loss for Indy’s potential playoff hopes.
It will be the third time that the Colts have played in Europe during the franchise’s history, yet their first as the hosting ‘home’ team.
Specifically, the Colts played the New England Patriots in Frankfurt, Germany, at Frankfurt Stadium during the 2023 campaign, and earlier, the Jacksonville Jaguars at Wembley Stadium in London during the 2016 season. The Colts were the away team for both games.
The date and time of the Colts’ Berlin home game against the Broncos has not been officially announced yet—nor reported by a member of the NFL mainstream media.
