The Pittsburgh Steelers have lost three of their last four games and their playoff hopes are by no means guaranteed. But they could be without two key players for Saturday’s game against the Indianapolis Colts.
According to ProFootballTalk, two Steelers players are being listed as questionable for the game. One is pass rusher Alex Highsmith and the other is left guard Isaac Seumalo.
Highsmith was limited in practice on Tuesday and Wednesday but might be a full participant on Thursday. In 13 games he has 6.0 sacks, 49 tackles, an interception, two forced fumbles and 16 QB hits.
Seumalo is in his first year with the Steelers after spending the last seven with the Philadelphia Eagles. He’s currently dealing with a shoulder injury but has not missed a game since 2021.
At 7-6 on the season, the Pittsburgh Steelers would still make the playoffs if the season ended today. But their remaining schedule is no picnic with three of the final four games being played on the road, including their season finale against the Baltimore Ravens.
Can the Steelers overcome their current injury issues to reach eight wins for the 20th year in a row?
